| José Manuel has been the directing partner of the Actuarial Department of Mancera, S.C., Ernst & Young since 1994. He has more than seventeen years experience providing actuarial consulting services to insurance companies. He received actuarial degree from the University of Mexico and took his masters in administration at the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico. He is a member of the Mexican Association of Actuaries, of the Mexican Association of Actuarial Consultants, and of the National College of Actuaries. He is also a member of the IAA's Insurance Accounting Committee. | ||||||||||
