 Sam Gutterman

Curriculum
Sam has been active in the international and national field of insurance accounting for many years. He has served during the last four years as chair of the IAA's Insurance Accounting Committee, coordinating its responses to the IASB's Financial Reporting for Insurance Contracts project. During that period he has also served as a member of the IASB Steering Committee on Present Values. He has served as president of the Society of Actuaries during 1995-96. He is a consulting actuary with PricewaterhouseCoopers based in Chicago.
