Cantanhede Mano Atuaria
Biographical Sketch: Experienced Actuary and insurance professional with over 20 years experience. She was a Senior Consultant and Principal for Towers Watson, the legacy Towers Perrin, for about 15 years, working in the Risk and Financial Services practice. Since January 2012, she has had her own consultancy company in Brazil, called Cantanhede Mano Consultoria em Atuária.
She is an Associate Professor with the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science at the State University of Rio de Janeiro.
She is a Doctor of Science in Credibility Theory, with a Masters Degree in Statistics and a Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics and Mathematics.
She is a member of the Institute of Brazilian Actuaries (IBA), Affiliate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Felow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries.
