Biographical Sketch: Mr. Moussa is a fully qualified actuary and CERA. He is a member of the German Actuarial Association (DAV) International Committee and represents the DAV in different Committees of the International Actuarial Association (IAA). He is chairman of the department of actuarial science and financial mathematics of the Institut Supérieur de Management (ISM-Adonaï) in Cotonou, Benin, and president of the actuarial association Ecole Supérieure d’Actuariat (ESA) in Benin.
In addition, Mr. Moussa is lecturer at ISM-Adonai in Cotonou, Benin, and at the state owned University (UAC) of Benin in micro insurance and risk modeling in insurance. He has developed a course unit on “Premium calculation in micro health insurance” for a micro health insurance education programme of the University of Cologne in Germany. Mr. Moussa was invited by the Institute of Actuaries of India a Capacity Building Workshop on Actuarial aspects of Micro health Insurance/Schemes/Programmes in March 2012 in Mumbai.
