Biographical Sketch: Megan Butler holds an MSc from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) and a B.Bus.Sc from the University of Cape Town. She started her actuarial career in group life assurance and has been working in employee benefits ever since. She is active in retirement fund research at Wits and is a Valuator at Alexander Forbes Financial Services.
