In her role, Caroline oversees operations and finance while helping ensure the organization runs smoothly and efficiently for both the team and our volunteers. Through thoughtful processes, strong systems, and clear policies, she plays a key role in keeping everything structured and moving forward.
With over 25 years of experience in project management, Caroline brings a powerful combination of operational and financial expertise. Her ability to build clear processes and systems plays a key role in making day-to-day work easier for everyone at the IAA.
Her role is multifaceted — spanning operations, finance, event logistics, HR, policies, and strategic planning — and she embraces this variety with energy and practicality, always ready to tackle new challenges and support the team.

Many people are surprised to learn that Caroline is the proud mom of five daughters!
Outside of work, she has been a passionate golfer since the age of seven and enjoys playing guitar, piano, and singing.
