Role
Its responsibilities include:
- To review the content of external communications as defined in the Publications Policy and Guidelines for Committee and Section Papers.
- To appoint task forces, as necessary, to carry out the editorial function for publications which do not fall under the responsibility of an IAA committee or Section. To receive annual status reports from other publications.
- To bring recommendations and updates forward to the EC with respect to policies relating to stakeholder engagement, communications, publications and public relations.
- To implement communications, publications and public relations policies of the IAA, where needed, liaising with Committees and Sections, Member Associations and the Secretariat, as appropriate, in order to maintain and build the IAA brand.
- To report to the EC on its activities.
