- Championing diversity and inclusion within the IAA itself, including with its staff, operations and volunteers
- Actively pursuing the participation within the IAA of a pool of actuaries that is diverse by geography, language, gender, culture, age, tier of home association and other lived experiences
- Encouraging every actuary to contribute with their individual insights and providing and facilitating an environment for collaboration that is inclusive•
- Advocating for improved access into the profession, particularly in countries where the profession is evolving
- Supporting diversity and inclusion in the work actuaries do for stakeholders
