Keeping the IAA office organized, efficient, and running smoothly is no small feat, and Hope does it with skill and precision. From managing general administration and information systems to supporting accounting and assisting on special projects, She makes sure everything at the IAA runs smoothly.
Hope discovered her passion for administration during the pandemic and has since built expertise in office operations, data management, and process improvement.
“Working with an international association feels especially meaningful to me! What I enjoy most is working with data, organizing it, making it clear and visually accessible, and improving processes to make them more efficient. I also love collaborating with colleagues whenever I can,” she says.
Outside the office, Hope’s creativity shines through, she’s a trained pastry chef and enjoys baking, knitting, painting, and playing musical instruments.
