Rasha Miled, Marketing Coordinator at the International Actuarial Association, a creative, detail-oriented, and dynamic team member.

Rasha plays a key role in shaping the IAA’s communications and visibility. From designing engaging campaigns to working on news briefs and website content, she helps turn ideas into meaningful content that connects with a global audience. She also supports events and cross-team initiatives, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.

With two master’s degrees — one in Cross-Media Journalism and another in Information and Communication from Sorbonne Paris — Rasha brings a strong academic foundation combined with international professional experience. After working in the Gulf region, where she contributed to shaping communication and public relations in the oil and gas sector, she now brings her expertise to the IAA.

What she enjoys most about her role is the balance between structure and creativity: turning ideas into content, coordinating projects, and making sure every detail contributes to a bigger picture. But above all, it’s the people who make the difference.

“Working with such inspiring and diverse individuals is what makes every project meaningful. It’s not just about what we create, but who we create it with,” she says.

Outside of work, Rasha enjoys reading and pottery, that’s when she feels most in her element.
