Research Grants

The IAA Life Section (IAALS) of the International Actuarial Association (IAA) has as its primary objective the promotion of actuarial research in the life insurance field, to push forward the boundaries of actuarial knowledge and to promote and facilitate an international exchange of views, advice, research and practical information among actuaries and other experts involved in these fields.

The IAALS is thus pleased to announce a research grant ranging from CAD $20,000-30,000 to fund new original research leading to a research paper on developments and innovations in these fields. The maximum duration of the project is 24 months.
