Vice Chairman
William M. Mercer Companies LLC

Timothy J. Lynch is vice chairman of William M. Mercer Companies LLC. He has responsibility for Mercer’s operations in The Americas, including Canada, Latin America and the United States. He serves on the Board of Directors of Mercer Consulting Group, Inc. and is a member of the Global Leadership Group of William M. Mercer Companies LLC.

Mr. Lynch joined Meidinger, Inc. in 1971. He was made Louisville office manager in 1973, manager of the Louisville division in 1977, and executive vice president in 1979. In 1984 when Meidinger merged with Mercer, Mr. Lynch was named head of the firm’s Southern Region based in Atlanta.

Mr. Lynch is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary.

He is an honors graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio
