Registrants who are not IAA Life Section (IAALS) members can join IAALS at: http://www.actuaries.org/Join_Section/ to benefit from the lower registration fee.

Verification letter from your organisation or institution is required to qualify for the Academic fee.

Registration of accompanying person includes admission to Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
The registration fee for delegates includes the following: Admission to all scientific sessions, lunch, coffee/tea, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and one set of Colloquium material.
Please note that the above registration fees DO NOT include accommodation, airport transfers or optional tours.

To enjoy the early bird rate, registration and payment must be received on/before 29 February 2016 (HK Time).
Payment
Payment of registration fees must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) by the following methods:

Credit Card: Visa / MasterCard / American Express (to be debited in Hong Kong dollars only)

Cheque in Hong Kong Dollars payable to “International Conference Consultants Limited”
(For Hong Kong participants only)

Bank Transfer: Please contact the Meeting Secretariat if payment is by bank transfer. Any bank charges by local bank or intermediate bank must be borne by the remitter.
Rules and Regulations for Registration:

Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.

Registration received without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.

A letter of confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of your registration and full payment. Kindly check the letter of confirmation. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.

Refund for cancellation of registration will be made subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:
Cancellations received on or before 15 January 2016 (HK Time) |
50% of the registration fee will be refunded |
Cancellations received after 16 January 2016 (HK Time) |
No refund |
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Colloquium. If you have to cancel your participation, you may send a substitute. All we ask is that you contact us by 11 April 2016 with the name of the substitute.

The program is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Colloquium, the only liability of the Organisers is to refund all the fees paid.

The Colloquium will be held at the Conrad Hong Kong. Special rates will be offered to Colloquium delegates and your travel companions. The organiser has reserved a room block at the official venue, the Conrad Hong Kong, for participants who wish to make an accommodation booking for the event.

Booking Notes:

To guarantee the special discount rates, reservations must be made through the Meeting Secretariat c/o International Conference Consultants Limited (ICC).

The room rate in USD is for reference only.

Hotel reservations will be taken on a “first-come, first-served” basis and subject to room availability.

The above hotel rates are valid in the period of 25-27 April 2016 inclusive, for delegates attending the Colloquium only. All bookings for days outside the said period will be subject to availability.

All enquiries, changes or cancellation of room reservations should be addressed to the Meeting Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations before 5 March 2016 |
One-night room charge will be charged as cancellation penalty. |
Cancellations between 6 March to 7 April 2016 |
50% of total room charge will be charged as cancellation penalty. |
Cancellations, change or shorten period of stay or early departure or no-show after 7 April 2016 |
100% of the total room charge for the entire period of stay and/or unused nights will be charged as cancellation fee. |
