Meals and Breaks During ICA 2014
At ICA 2014, we will provide for some of the dining needs of ICA 2014 registrants, but we also have left open some meals for you to plan private social functions or to explore the Washington DC dining scene on your own.
There are several restaurants within walking distance of the Marriott Wardman Park, and of course many others within a few miles, or near the destinations of our tours. The restaurant / concierge desk can assist you in selecting a restaurant, and making reservations.
The chart linked below indicates which meal functions are intended for Registered Delegates, and for Registered Accompanying Persons, limited of course to the ICA 2014 days for which you are registered. Registered Accompanying Persons (only) also may access the Cherry Blossom Room during specified hours.
Meal functions and breaks will be in the Town Square, Exhibit Hall A, unless otherwise indicated. There many different opportunities to engage in ICA 2014 resources and activities in the Town Square.
The scheduled tours, activities, and limited attendance educational events on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon include a box lunch, except for the Old Towne Trolley tour, which includes a voucher for use at local eating establishments. Optional tours at other days and times vary as to whether food is included; refer to the tour descriptions for details.
